We understand that security is essential when buying online. That's shy we have worked hard to create one of the safest online shopping environments in the industry.
SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to process. In addition our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you place an order on Friday there is a chance your order will not process and go out until Monday. In an effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy liquids and larger sized items. Oversized packages (larger than 12” x 12” x 12”) may require additional shipping charges based on prevailing rates.
Yeezy Xpress reserves the right to hold any order for security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified.
SHIPPING PROVIDERS
Yeezy Xpress partners with United States Postal Service (USPS) and the DHL to ship your packages. Most of the orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive a shipping confirmation email that will confirm which carrier was used for your products.
USPS Shipping–Delivery is usually Priority Mail, 3-5 business days after placing your order. If standard US Mail is used, allow 5-10 business days after placing your order. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. As is discretion, USPS, will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, USPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pickup at your local post office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local post office for details.
DHL - Delivery in 3-6 business days after placing your order. We will send you confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. You can track your package here at http://www.dhl-usa.com.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
If you place your order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on item availability. Our warehouse does not ship packages on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the after, or Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Yeezy Xpress Store’s reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping.
DROP SHIPPING
Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the vendor, the delivery of your items could take from 7-14 business days after placing your order. Drop-shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Expedited shipping is not available. Drop-ship items will not have tracking information available.
CANCELLATION ORDER (IF APPLICABLE)
We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind after 24 hours will not be accepted. If the item delivered is the correct item ordered and is not defective, it will not be considered for a refund. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
OTHERS
PROCESSING INFORMATION:
Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the date of your order for processing, before your package is shipped out. We do all processing and handling from our warehouse. We work directly with manufacturers and ship from their factory directly to you and that is overseas so that is why it takes some time before the package gets to you, but it is well worth the wait.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
After processing is complete, your order will be shipped out according to the mailing option you chose when ordering. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You can go to their website if you need any further information at: www.usps.com.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non - business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If you receive your confirmation email after 2:00PM EST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
